Sift 2 g of matcha, or two chashaku scoops.

Water

Add 70 ml of water at 75°C — never boiling.

Whip

Whisk in an "M" shape for 20 seconds, until frothy.

To taste

Straight, or topped with frothy milk. Enjoy.
